RESIDENTIAL COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT

We are experienced in gaining approval for your renovation or new house through the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) pathway. If a CDC is possible for your project it is great way to obtain approval for your house quickly and with no Council involvement. Projects under taken via a CDC pathway include renovations and new houses in Lane Cove, Turramurra, Curl Curl, Clontarf and Earlwood.

We work closely with a few trusted Private Certifiers to design and develop your property. The CDC process is a guaranteed approval, provided the design complies with the State Environmental Planning Code for Housing Design. Where possible, we prefer a CDC to a traditional Council Development approval as it is faster and there is more certainty for our clients
